? Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

ABOUT USWe are a growing D2C beauty company with multiple color cosmetics brands. We're looking for an E-Commerce Manager to own our marketplace business end to end and scale it across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Snapdeal.

KEY RESP

ONSIBILITIESAccount &

Catalogue Management• Manage seller accounts for multiple brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Snapdeal• Create,

list and optimise products (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content, variations)• Handle brand registry, category approvals, and listing compliance for cosmetics• Keep ca talogue data, pricing and stock accurate across all portals

Sales &

Growth• Own mon thly sales targets, revenue and profitability for each marketplace• Plan an d run marketplace ads (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads) and manage ROAS• Plan pa rticipation in sale events (Prime Day, Big Billion Days, festive sales) with deals, coupons and offers• Track c ompetitors, pricing trends and category best-sellers to find growth opportunities

Operatio ns• Coordin ate inventory planning and replenishment with SCM, including FBA, Flipkart Smart Fulfilment and seller-fulfilled models• Monitor order processing,



dispatch timelines and SLA adherence• Manage returns, RTO, claims, reimbursements and payment reconciliation• Maintai n account health, seller ratings and policy compliance

Reportin g& Coordination• Share d aily, weekly and monthly MIS on sales, ads, inventory and returns• Work wi th Creative, SCM, Finance and Marketing teams on listings, stock and campaigns• Handle customer reviews, ratings and marketplace seller support tickets

REQUIREM

ENTS• Graduat e / MBA preferred• 4–6 yea rs of marketplace e-commerce experience, with hands-on work on Amazon and Flipkart seller panels• Experie nce in beauty, cosmetics, personal care or FMCG is strongly preferred• Good un derstanding of marketplace ads, listing SEO and account health metrics• Strong in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)• Able to manage multiple brands and portals at the same time• Good co mmunication and ownership mindset
