WE’RE HIRING | E-COMMERCE MANAGER ?

? Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

? Work Mode: On-site

? Working Days: 5 days a week

⏰ Working Hours: 9 hours/day

? Employment: Full-time

? What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end operations across Amazon.com, Walmart.com & other international marketplaces

- Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, A+ Content & keyword optimisation

• Plan and execute Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Walmart Connect campaigns

- Track sales, conversion rates, rankings and other key performance metrics
- Develop pricing strategies, competitive benchmarking & promotional plans
- Coordinate inventory to minimise stockouts and overstock

• Drive D2C growth through SEO, email marketing, paid advertising & CRO

- Manage reviews, ratings and customer escalations
- Explore new marketplaces, categories and international expansion opportunities
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports for leadership

? What We’re Looking For





✔️ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center

✔️ Strong understanding of marketplace sales, Buy Box, rankings, advertising & conversion levers

✔️ Experience with D2C / Amazon / WooCommerce

✔️ Solid listing optimisation & marketplace SEO skills

✔️ Data-driven approach with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

✔️ Working knowledge of marketplace PPC

✔️ Ability to analyse performance and turn insights into action

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience in jewellery, fashion or lifestyle e-commerce

- International shipping, customs & cross-border e-commerce knowledge
- Experience with Etsy, eBay, Noon, Flipkart or other marketplaces
- Google Ads / Meta Ads experience
- Understanding of Brand Registry & marketplace IP protection
