About The Opportunity A fast-scaling e-commerce advisory and operations firm empowering D2C brands and marketplaces across India, we specialize in financial strategy, P&L; ownership, and compliance architecture for high-velocity online businesses. Partnering with top-tier platforms like Myntra and Flipkart, we help brands unlock unit economics, automate reconciliation, and scale profitably—backed by deep domain expertise in marketplace finance, GST, and digital ledger architecture.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end finance & accounts for e-commerce clients—P&L;, cash flow, and balance sheet accuracy aligned with marketplace payout cycles.
- Design and implement automated reconciliation engines for Myntra/Flipkart settlements, Amazon, and Shopify payments, reducing manual errors by 70%+.
- Lead GST compliance, e-way bill automation, and TDS filings across pan-India operations with strict adherence to timelines and audit readiness.
- Build financial dashboards in Excel/Power BI/KPI tools to track COGS, returns, logistics cost, and net margin per SKU/brand/channel.
- Partner with growth teams to model unit economics, AOV trends,



and break-even scenarios for new marketplace launches or category expansions.
- Train and mentor junior finance associates on marketplace-specific accounting nuances — platform fees, returns, refunds, and chargebacks.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- QuickBooks
- Tally ERP 9
- Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Power BI/Tableau
- GST Suvidha Portal
- E-invoicing
- Marketplace P&L; structuring
- Bank reconciliation automation

Preferred

- Experience with Myntra/Flipkart seller dashboards
- Knowledge of Zoho Books or NetSuite
- Basic SQL for data extraction from marketplace APIs
