We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalog management, marketplace operations, online promotions, advertising campaigns, order coordination, and ecommerce performance tracking.

Experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra,Meesho, etc is preferred. Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

- Manage product listings and catalogs across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho, etc..
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, attributes, size charts, and other product information.
- Upload and manage product images according to marketplace guidelines.
- Manage product SKUs, pricing, MRP, inventory, size/variant mapping, and product availability.
- Monitor and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, catalog issues, and product attribute issues.
- Ensure all products are properly categorized and optimized for marketplace search.

Marketplace Advertising

- Create, manage, and optimize Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, ad spend, sales, ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Perform keyword research and optimize marketplace campaigns.




- Identify high-performing products and keywords and improve campaign performance accordingly.

Ecommerce Operations

- Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and RTOs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for inventory updates.
- Track marketplace sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Maintain daily/weekly ecommerce reports and performance dashboards.

Required Skills

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc..
- Product listing and catalog management, SKU and inventory management
- Marketplace advertising
- Basic understanding of ecommerce analytics
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
- Understanding of ecommerce conversion optimization
- Knowledge of SEO and marketplace SEO
- Experience in fashion/apparel ecommerce

Qualification Any Degree / Diploma with relevant experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce / Marketplace Management.
