Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / AI Agent Developer
We are seeking an experienced Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The candidate will be responsible for creating conversational AI solutions, integrating enterprise applications, implementing Generative AI capabilities, and ensuring governance, security, and scalability across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Development
Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Configure topics, entities, variables, conversation flows, and generative answers.
Implement conversational orchestration and multi-turn interactions.
Build custom prompts and AI-powered experiences.
Develop autonomous and task-based agents.
Integration & Automation
Integrate agents with
SharePoint Online
Dataverse
Power Apps
Power Automate
Microsoft Teams
Azure services
REST APIs
Exctions and workflow automation using Power Automate.
Generative AI & Knowledge Management
Configure enterprise knowledge sources.
Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
Optimize prompts and agent responses.
Configure Microsoft Graph and M365 data integrations.
Improve response accuracy and grounding mechanisms.
Security & Governance
Support compliance, auditing, and governance requirements.
Follow Zero Trust security principles.
Testing & Deployment
Perform functional and UAT testing.
Monitor agent analytics and performance.
Troubleshoot conversation failures and inaccuracies.
Manage deployment across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
