Skilled in collaborating with clients to understand business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard SAP functionalities, and recommending effective solutions.

Possesses strong knowledge of SuccessFactors EC for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and support. Demonstrates excellent multitasking abilities and works collaboratively as a team player to deliver high-quality results in cross-functional environments.
