Key Responsibilities

Design and develop complex High-Speed Multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer.

Execute complete PCB design activities including:

- Library Creation
- Component Placement
- High-Speed Routing
- Constraint Management
- DRC Setup & Clearance

Design high-speed interfaces such as:
- DDR4 / DDR5
- LPDDR
- PCIe
- MIPI (10G+)
- Ethernet

Generate and verify:
- Gerber Files
- Manufacturing Files
- STEP Files
- DXF Files

Create HYP files for SI/PI analysis and implement recommendations from SI/PI reports. Define and recommend PCB Stack-ups for signal integrity, power integrity, and manufacturability.

Ensure EMI/EMC-compliant PCB designs following industry best practices.

Perform DFM, DFT, and DFX implementation and verification.





Conduct CAM checks and DFM validation using Valor tools.

Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, SI/PI, Hardware, and Mechanical teams to achieve optimized product designs.

Required Skills

6-15 Years of PCB Design Experience

Expert-level experience in Altium Designer

Strong expertise in

- High-Speed PCB Design
- Multilayer PCB Design
- PCB Stack-up Definition
- High-Speed Routing
- PCB Layout Optimization

Hands-on experience with:
- DDR4 / DDR5
- LPDDR
- PCIe

- Ethernet

- SI/PI Implementation
- EMI/EMC Design Compliance
- DFM / DFT / DFX Reviews
- Panelization
- Manufacturing Release Process

Knowledge of:
- Valor DFM
- CAM Verification
- Gerber Validation
- Manufacturing Readiness Reviews

Preferred Skills SI/PI Awareness and Report Interpretation
