Role Description The Ecomm Generalist internship role is an on-site position based in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with marketplace and website catalog management, updating product listings, monitoring inventory and pricing, and ensuring accurate and consistent information across platforms.

The intern will help coordinate order processing, manage basic customer queries, and support the resolution of operational issues related to e-commerce channels. The role also involves gathering and organizing data on product performance,



preparing simple reports, and supporting the team in executing experiments to improve user experience and sales. This internship offers exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations and collaboration with product and operations teams in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of e-commerce operations, including product listing, catalog management, and order processing.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data handling; ability to track metrics, maintain records, and prepare simple performance reports.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in updating product information, prices, and inventory levels.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and handling basic customer interactions.
- Ability to learn quickly, take ownership of tasks, and work in a structured yet evolving startup environment.
- Interest in digital platforms, marketplaces, and user experience improvement; prior exposure to online retail is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
