Early Years Educator holds a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the comprehensive development and growth of young children within the centre's educational framework.
Responsibilities of the Educator include, but are not limited to:
- Interpreting and implementing Amra’s academic and play program
- Observing and tracking a child’s growth and development
- Engaging with parents and supporting them with appropriate tools and resources
- Creating and maintaining a safe space for children and families
Relevant experience & mindsets
- Bachelors or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) (or) Psychology. Montessori Training is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to use Amra’s proprietary framework to analyse metrics and create individualised reports
- Experience working with groups of children or parents
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact, diplomacy, and mature judgement
