Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth operation of the entire CNG & PNG infrastructure which includes CNG on-line compressors, DBS compressors, dispensers, cascades Air compressors etc. as part of CNG infrastructure and MDPE & Steel Pipeline, DRS, MRS, sectionalising Valves, domestic connections, commercial connections & industrial connections etc. as part of PNG infrastructure.
- Ensuring un-interrupted supply of CNG to automotive customers and PNG supply to domestic, commercial and industrial customers.
- Preparing Standard Operating Procedures for Operation & Maintenance.
- Responsible for all the monitoring activities of the O&M; team as per SOPs or devise SOPs as per Industrial standard practice
- Responsible for daily gas re-conciliation as per SOP and daily gas nomination in coordination with Marketing Manager and GA Head.
- Planning & execution of project activities as well as preventive maintenance in line with OEM recommendations and as per Industry best practices.
- Monitoring down time and reducing down time to minimum by best O&M; practices and quick response to shutdowns. Reducing response time to emergencies.
- Planning for spare parts and ensuring in-time procurement through inter-departmental coordination.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely renewal of all statutory approvals/ licenses, equipment testing and calibrations.
- Monitoring LCV movement and logistics for smooth and timely feed to DBS stations in optimal way.
- Responsible for O&M; activities like Patrolling, JMR, Monitoring & controlling Gas loss, Monitoring & controlling Power consumption & PF on monthly basis and if exceeding the limit, plan the corrective action, maintain CP, failure investigation & analysis etc.
- HOTO from projects and Inputs to Projects for learning and equipment specifications.
- Following HSE system and Ensuring HSE requirement and zero LTI.
- Emergency Team management and Emergency Handling Management of Industrial, Commercial and Patrolling activities.
- Liasioning with local authorities.
- MIS preparation for Projects and O&M; department and submission and any other activity as directed by Management.
Qualification:- Full time (Regular) with minimum 60% marks Engineering Graduate in Engineering B.E./ B. Tech (Mech. /Inst./ Electrical/ Electronics & Comm./ Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation) from AICTE approved / UGC recognized institute / university) having minimum experience of 7 Years in reputed organizations/Groups.
Age Limit: 32 years for Dy. Manager as on date of Advertisement.
Experience:
Deputy Manager: Minimum 7 years of experience in reputed Organizations/Groups.
Preference will be given to candidates possessing experience in City Gas Distribution (CGD)/Oil and Gas/Petrochemical and Hydrocarbon industries.
Compensation:
CTC starts from 11.25 lakhs + other advantages.
CTC Band range (in lakhs): 11.25 19.19 (Dy. Manager)
