We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Website Operator to manage and grow our online PC parts business. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in e-commerce and computer hardware. You will handle website product management, competitor price tracking, and digital customer support. We provide complete, hands-on training for all tasks from day one, ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- List new PC components and related products on our e-commerce website.

- Conduct daily market research to compare competitor pricing and update our website prices accordingly.

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries professionally across WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Handle after-sales customer support, including order tracking updates, shipping confirmations, and issue resolution.

- Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating social media messaging platforms.

- Good written communication skills for interacting with customers online.

- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn website management tools.

Work Schedule & Perks

- Hybrid Schedule: Monday to Thursday working on-site (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM); Friday and Saturday Work From Home.
