About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Content Developer with knowledge of Articulate 360 / Storyline 360 to develop interactive and engaging digital learning content.

The candidate will work on creating interactive e-learning modules, training courses, assessments, quizzes, animations, voice-over integration, and learner-friendly course experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Create engaging slides, layers, buttons, states, triggers, variables, and interactions.
- Convert training materials, documents, and concepts into interactive digital learning content.
- Create quizzes, assessments, knowledge checks, and results screens.
- Add and synchronize voice-over, images, videos, animations, and other multimedia elements.
- Maintain consistent layouts, typography, branding, and visual design throughout courses.
- Test courses for functionality, navigation, responsiveness, and learner experience.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the team or clients.
- Organize and manage e-learning project files and course assets.
- Prepare courses for publishing and LMS deployment.

Required Technical Knowledge
- Basic to good knowledge of Articulate 360.
- Practical knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360.
- Understanding of triggers, states, layers, variables, and slide interactions.
- Knowledge of creating quizzes and assessments.




- Basic understanding of e-learning instructional design.
- Basic knowledge of multimedia editing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of LMS platforms and SCORM is preferred.

- Candidates with experience in e-learning, instructional design, training content, or Articulate Storyline are preferred.

- Good communication and willingness to learn are required.

Compensation Internship: ₹5,000–₹7,000 per month for the first 3 months.

Salary for full-time positions will depend on skills, experience, and performance.

Location Requirement The candidate should be able to work from Barasat / nearby areas.
