We are looking for an experienced and responsible E-commerce Warehouse Store In-charge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, manpower, dispatch, receiving and overall warehouse efficiency.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, timely inventory outward and inward movement, proper storage, and minimum operational errors across warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations
- Manage complete day-to-day warehouse operations, including inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with PPC team for production, timely inward fulfilment.
- Maintain proper warehouse discipline, housekeeping and safety standards.
- Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space.
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits.
- Investigate and resolve stock shortages, excesses and inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor ageing, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper SKU-wise and batch-wise storage and tracking wherever applicable.
- Ensure correct MRP and product barcode on Products
- Implement FIFO practices as required.
- Manage warehouse staff, pickers, and other warehouse personnel.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor productivity.
- Prepare manpower requirements based on order volumes.
2. Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports.
- Maintain reports for:
- Inventory
- Inward & outward stock
- Pending PO
- Dispatch performance
- Stock discrepancies
- Damages and shortages
- Manpower productivity
- Ageing inventory
- Maintain accurate Excel-based warehouse records.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Given preference to good understanding of e-commerce warehouse operations WMS/OMS.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse MIS.
- Positive manpower handling and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during high-volume/festival periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
