E-Commerce Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Team Leader to manage and lead a team of 8 members. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Amazon india team management, sales growth, inventory, listings, and day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 710 e-commerce executives.
- Manage daily operations across Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Monitor sales, orders, inventory, pricing, Buy Box/Featured Offer, and account health.
- Track team performance and ensure daily targets are achieved.
- Manage product listings, catalogues, variations, keywords, and content optimization.
- Coordinate with advertising teams for PPC campaigns and sales growth.
- Analyze sales reports, marketplace data, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts,



and management teams for smooth operations.
- Identify sales issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
- Ensure timely resolution of marketplace cases, listing issues, and operational problems.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is required.
- Experience handling a team of 8 members.
- Strong knowledge of mobile covers, mobile accessories, or similar categories will be preferred.
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, sales reports, inventory management, and marketplace analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
