What We're Looking For
We are specifically looking for someone who understands books as a category, not simply someone who has managed an Amazon account for generic consumer products.
The candidate should be able to look at a book and understand how to position it, optimise its listing, identify its audience, build the right keywords and campaigns, improve discoverability, and ultimately drive sales on Amazon.
Publishing experience and hands-on experience selling books on Amazon are non-negotiable requirements for this role.
