We are looking for an experienced and responsible E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and coordinate our day-to-day online marketplace operations.

The candidate will work across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart and Shopify , and coordinate closely with warehouse, dispatch, accounts, catalogue and management teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketplace Operations

- Handle daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart and other marketplaces
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and pending actions
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within marketplace timelines
- Monitor marketplace dashboards and operational alerts
- Follow up on account-level issues and pending cases
- Maintain smooth day-to-day marketplace operations
- Escalate important issues to management when required

2. Product Listings & Catalogue Management

- Create and update product listings
- Maintain correct titles, descriptions, attributes, sizes, colours and product information
- Monitor listing suppression and catalogue errors
- Coordinate product images and content updates
- Ensure newly launched products are correctly listed across required marketplaces
- Maintain consistency in catalogue information

3. Pricing & Promotions

- Update prices and promotional offers as approved
- Monitor marketplace pricing and discounts
- Coordinate sale-event pricing and promotional participation
- Verify that approved prices are correctly reflected online
- Identify pricing errors and resolve them quickly
- Monitor competitors and marketplace pricing when required

4. Inventory & Stock Coordination

- Monitor marketplace inventory levels
- Coordinate stock availability with warehouse and production teams
- Prevent unnecessary out-of-stock situations
- Update stock where manual intervention is required
- Coordinate stock transfers and marketplace replenishment
- Follow up on Amazon FBA / marketplace stock requirements
- Identify inventory mismatches and coordinate reconciliation

5. Amazon FBA & Marketplace Fulfilment

- Coordinate Amazon FBA shipment requirements
- Follow up with warehouse for FBA preparation




- Monitor FBA inventory and replenishment needs
- Coordinate bulk marketplace shipments
- Track discrepancies, shortages or receiving issues
- Follow up on unresolved fulfilment cases

6. Orders, Returns & Claims

- Monitor daily orders and dispatch status
- Track marketplace returns and customer returns
- Identify unusual return or cancellation patterns
- Coordinate return reconciliation with warehouse
- Raise and follow up marketplace claims where applicable
- Track lost, damaged, short or incorrectly returned shipments
- Maintain records of pending reimbursements and claims

7. Account Health & Case Management

- Monitor marketplace account-health notifications
- Respond to operational issues within required timelines
- Raise support cases for listing, payment, return, inventory and fulfilment issues
- Follow up until cases are resolved
- Maintain proper records of significant marketplace cases
- Escalate high-impact issues to management promptly

8. Shopify / D2C Operations

- Monitor Shopify orders and order status
- Coordinate payment and dispatch-related issues
- Maintain product availability and catalogue information
- Coordinate with warehouse for D2C fulfilment
- Follow up on customer-order issues where required
- Assist with offers, product updates and website operational tasks

9. Reporting & Data Analysis

- Maintain daily and weekly marketplace reports
- Track sales, orders, returns and cancellations
- Monitor stock availability and pending dispatches
- Maintain Excel / Google Sheets trackers
- Prepare management summaries
- Identify unusual changes in sales or operational performance
- Assist management with marketplace data analysis

10. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate closely with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Follow up with production regarding stock requirements
- Coordinate with accounts for payment / reconciliation issues
- Work with designers and catalogue teams for listing requirements
- Follow up on tasks until closure
- Ensure marketplace issues do not remain unattended

AI & TECHNOLOGY EXPOSURE





Candidates who actively use modern AI tools will have an advantage.

Useful tools may include

- Claude
- Microsoft Copilot
- AI research and productivity tools

AI can be used for:
- Marketplace research
- Competitor analysis
- Drafting support-case responses
- Data analysis
- Product-content preparation
- Reporting
- Documentation
- Process improvement

Programming knowledge is not required .

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- 1–7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in e-commerce marketplace operations preferred
- Experience with Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra will be a strong advantage
- Good understanding of orders, inventory, returns and catalogue operations
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple marketplaces and tasks simultaneously
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with online dashboards and software
- Ability to identify problems and follow them through to resolution
- Experience in apparel, textiles, fashion or consumer products will be an advantage

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who can independently manage the complete daily cycle:

Listings → Pricing → Stock → Orders → Dispatch → Returns → Cases → Reconciliation → Reporting → Follow-up The person should not simply identify a problem and pass it on.

We expect the candidate to identify the issue, coordinate with the right team, follow up and ensure closure.

COMPENSATION

? ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Final salary will depend on:

- Marketplace experience
- Number of platforms handled
- Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra knowledge
- Excel and reporting capability
- Inventory and fulfilment knowledge
- Communication skills
- Ability to independently handle operations
