Role & responsibilities

- Global Import & Export Coordination: Assist in managing documentation, customs clearance parameters, and logistics coordination for international product raw materials and global client shipments.
- World-Class Concept Fulfillment: Oversee the flawless quality-checking, elite luxury packaging, and rapid dispatch of high-quality wallets, bags, and innovative concept products for premium retail shoppers (B2C) and global corporate clients (B2B).
- Command Over Global Inventory: Maintain live, error-free databases tracking physical stock levels across international imports, domestic goods, and custom branding packaging materials using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Logistics & Express Courier Orchestration:



Partner daily with prominent e-commerce courier networks and cross-border shipping aggregators to enforce strict same-day dispatch cut-offs.
- RTO & Delivery Deflection: Proactively monitor failed or delayed international and domestic deliveries, step in to connect with clients via phone/WhatsApp, and salvage shipments to keep delivery failure rates near zero.
- Supply Chain Quality Assurance: Conduct strict structural audits on incoming premium product batches to ensure they match our world-class design benchmarks before distribution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Industry Background: Candidates from the Hospitality Industry or Fashion & Lifestyle Industry are highly preferred. (Experience in premium retail, guest relations, front office, event management, or fashion brand coordination is a massive advantage).
- Female candidates (preferred to balance our founding corporate coordination and lifestyle design team).
- Education: Graduates / Post Graduates in any discipline (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, or degrees in Hotel Management / Fashion Management are highly valued).
- Experience: Experienced professionals are preferred, but ambitious Freshers from relevant premium streams who possess exceptional presentation and logical skills are highly encouraged to apply.
- Growth & Ambition: Strongly focused on rapid career growth, capable of taking independent ownership of the Bhopal facility, and eager to step up into a managerial role.
- Mobility: Ready and flexible to travel for national/international vendor audits, corporate client meetings, or brand exhibitions as required.
- Skills: High comfort level with MS Excel/Google Sheets, excellent spoken Hindi for vendor management, and fluent written English for premium corporate emails.
