Spotstyl is a premium e-commerce brand focused on pure mulberry silk products. We are looking for an organised, dependable person to manage our day-to-day e-commerce operations, customer support, inventory and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities

● Process and manage daily orders across Shopify and Nykaa Fashion .

● Conduct a daily video verification with the packaging team to ensure correct items and quantities are packed.

● Manage customer support across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and support email.

● Resolve returns, exchanges, cancellations, delivery issues and customer escalations.

● Manage Delhivery courier platform, including shipments, tracking, failed deliveries and follow-ups.

● Update pricing, inventory and product availability across Shopify and Nykaa Fashion.

● Maintain accurate SKU-wise stock, raw material and production records.

● Coordinate with tailors, vendors and the packaging team for production and replenishment.

● Flag low stock, delays or operational issues proactively.

● Share a daily report with the Founder and escalate any issues requiring intervention.





Who We're Looking For

● Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order processing or marketplace management .

● Experience with Shopify preferred .

● Experience with Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, Amazon or similar platforms is a plus.

● Comfortable managing courier and logistics platforms.

● Robust customer communication and problem-solving skills.

● Comfortable coordinating with tailors, vendors and packaging teams.

● Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets ● Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable.

● Able to independently manage daily operations in a remote setup.

The person should take ownership of the complete operational journey from order received → packing verification → dispatch → delivery tracking → customer support → returns/exchanges, whilekeeping inventory and production organised.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
