About the Role

Verma Sales is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage day-to-day cataloging, bulk listing, inventory synchronization, and dispatch order processing across major Indian marketplaces.

The ideal candidate has hands-on operational experience handling high-volume daily order dispatch and catalog maintenance on Amazon (Seller Central, Seller Flex, Vendor Central), Flipkart, Myntra (PPMP/Omni), Meesho, and JioMart.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Management

- Download, process, and pack daily order manifests, picklists, and shipping labels across Amazon (Easy Ship & Seller Flex), Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and JioMart.
- Coordinate barcode scanning, weight validation, and timely courier handovers to meet strict platform SLAs and prevent late dispatch metrics.
- Handle Amazon Seller Flex / Vendor Central ASN creation, slot booking, and purchase order (PO) acknowledgments.
- Track non-delivered shipments, RTOs (Return to Origin), and customer returns; verify returned inventory and file claims (SPF, Meesho return claim, Flipkart return dispute) for damaged or switch-return goods.

2. Product Listing & Cataloging

- Create, bulk-upload, and update single and parent-child variation listings via Excel flat files and portal dashboards.
- Optimize titles, bullet points, backend search terms,



and descriptions to improve organic marketplace search visibility.
- Maintain pricing parity, coordinate sale events/promotional deals, and update stock counts across all dashboards daily.
- Resolve listing suppression, ungating, brand approval, HSN/tax code errors, and catalog glitches via seller support tickets.

3. Inventory & Reporting

- Maintain real-time inventory synchronization between offline warehouse counts and portal listings to avoid out-of-stock cancellations.
- Prepare daily dispatch, returns, and sales reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience handling multi-channel e-commerce operations.

- Myntra Partner Portal (PPMP)
- Meesho Supplier Panel
- JioMart Seller Portal
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Text-to-Columns, flat-file validation).
- Attention to Detail: Strict adherence to shipping cut-offs, dispatch SLAs, and listing guidelines.
- Education: Minimum 10+2 / Any Graduate or Diploma holder.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
