DEPARTMENT E-commerce & Marketing EXPERIENCE REQUIRED LOCATION In office JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive/Manager to lead our growth on major Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end seller panel operations, performance marketing (PPC & Meta Ads), listing optimization, and catalog management to maximize sales velocity and maintain healthy profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketplace & Quick Commerce Operations: Manage daily seller dashboard operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. Handle cataloging, listing optimization, A+ content, pricing, and inventory management. Paid Advertising & Growth (PPC): Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.

Maintain targeted ACOS / ROAS KPIs. SEO & Content Strategy: Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, UberSuggest, and SEMrush. Improve listing ranking through high-converting title, bullet points,



and search terms optimization.

Inventory & ERP Coordination: Monitor stock levels across dark stores and marketplace warehouses. Work with ERP systems to ensure order processing, inventory sync, and minimal out-of-stock instances.

Performance

Analytics & Reporting: Track key daily operational KPIs, CTR, conversion rates (CVR), return rates, and account health.

Use Google

Analytics 4 (GA4) and panel reporting to deliver weekly growth insights.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS &

SKILLS Platform Expertise Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Quick Commerce Brand Panels (Blinkit/Zepto).

Performance Marketing

Proficiency in Amazon PPC, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and ROAS optimization. SEO & Analytics Tools Experience with GA4, SEMrush, UberSuggest, and Keyword Planner. Creative & Execution Basic Canva design skills for ad creatives, banner ideas, and listing imagery.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
