Role & responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central, Ajio, Flipkart, and Myntra product listings, catalog content, A+ content, pricing, order flow, and account coordination

- Set up and maintain real-time inventory sync between our inventory/OMS system (Unicommerce or similar) and all marketplace + Shopify listings, ensuring stock accuracy and preventing overselling

- Manage our Shopify store product uploads, collections, discounts, and content, kept in sync with marketplace catalogs

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Products/PPC, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads) to drive profitable, ROAS-positive growth

- Plan and run promotions, deals, and coupons across all platforms, strictly within brand pricing guidelines

- Track and report sales, ad spend, ROAS/ACoS, returns, and inventory metrics through structured Excel dashboards on a weekly/monthly basis

- Liaise with marketplace category/account managers for onboarding new SKUs, resolving catalog or payment issues, and staying current on policy changes





- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and category trends to inform strategy

Preferred candidate profile

- 2–4 years of hands-on, independent experience managing Amazon Seller Central along with Ajio, Flipkart, and Myntra seller/vendor panels

- Experience managing a Shopify store (product uploads, inventory, basic storefront management)

- Working knowledge of inventory/OMS platforms such as Unicommerce or equivalent multi-channel inventory sync tools

- Demonstrated experience planning and running paid marketplace ad campaigns with measurable ROAS

- Solid Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and building reporting dashboards from raw sales/ad data

- Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce, ideally in the 1,000–2,500 price segment, is a strong plus

- Self-driven and comfortable owning multiple marketplace panels with minimal day-to-day supervision
