Job Opening: Marketplace Executive – E-commerce

Balbeni is looking for an experienced Marketplace Executive who can independently manage our end-to-end operations and sales across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.

The candidate will be responsible for everything from product listing and catalogue management to advertising, order management, account health and sales growth .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, Pepperfry, Blinkit and other relevant platforms
- Create, upload and optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes and images
- Manage complete catalogue and inventory
- Handle new product launches and ensure products are correctly mapped and live
- Plan, run and optimise marketplace advertising/PPC campaigns
- Monitor ad spend, ROAS, ACOS and overall campaign performance
- Work on improving organic ranking, product visibility and marketplace sales
- Manage pricing, discounts, promotions and participation in marketplace sale events
- Monitor daily orders, inventory and fulfilment
- Coordinate dispatches, returns, cancellations and marketplace-related operational issues
- Maintain and improve account health and seller performance metrics
- Raise and follow up on marketplace support tickets and resolve listing/account issues




- Monitor customer reviews, ratings and product feedback
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for sales, advertising, inventory and overall marketplace performance
- Analyse competitor pricing, products, offers and marketplace trends
- Take complete ownership of marketplace operations and continuously identify opportunities to increase sales

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on marketplace experience
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with platforms such as Myntra, Pepperfry, Blinkit or similar marketplaces
- Practical experience in Amazon Ads/PPC and marketplace advertising
- Good understanding of catalogue management, inventory, pricing, promotions and order fulfilment
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace reports
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Candidate should be sales and performance oriented and capable of handling marketplace operations independently

Preferred Experience in Home Décor, Lighting, Furniture, Fashion or Lifestyle categories will be an advantage.
