We are looking for a responsible and experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage our B2B and B2C orders and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage all B2B and B2C orders. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Manage orders across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces . Track inventory, returns, cancellations, and deliveries. Coordinate with logistics and inventory management agencies. Prepare basic reports on sales, orders, inventory, and returns.
Resolve order and delivery-related issues quickly.
Requirements 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Experience with Unicommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify will be a plus. Good knowledge of inventory and logistics. Good communication and coordination skills. Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets . Able to work with a team.
