Role Description The E-commerce Logistics Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for processing customer orders accurately, coordinating with inventory and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely packing and dispatch of products. The executive will handle order tracking, update internal systems, and communicate with customer support to resolve order-related queries.

Daily activities include verifying stock availability, booking of shipments from our website and other marketplaces, monitoring delivery status, and maintaining organized records for smooth order operations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve fulfilment efficiency and uphold akiiko’s standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications





- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple orders and deadlines.
- Attention to detail for accurate order processing, documentation, and inventory checks.
- A knowledge of shopify and shiprocket and knowing how to ship orders using these platforms is necessary.
- Experience working for a different e-commerce brand in a logistics related role is preferred.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and customer support teams.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
