Industry: Sports Goods Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, Tata Cliq company website, etc.).
- Upload/update product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
- Handle order processing, coordination with warehouse/dispatch, and tracking shipments.
- Monitor daily sales, returns, ratings, and customer queries.
- Run basic promotions, deals, and campaigns on portals.
- Coordinate with production/supply team to maintain accurate stock availability online.
- Prepare e-commerce sales reports and performance metrics.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms & seller dashboards.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manage product data.
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.

Qualification

- Graduate in any field (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
- 3–4 years’ experience in e-commerce operations (manufacturing or retail preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
