We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace operations, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and product attributes.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace accounts.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for inventory and order fulfillment.
- Monitor product pricing, promotions, deals, and Buy Box performance.
- Identify listing errors, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and account issues and resolve them.
- Coordinate with the content team for product images, A+ Content, and enhanced listings.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and marketplace trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.




- Support advertising activities and coordinate with the PPC team where required.
- Ensure marketplace policies and operational requirements are followed.
- Assist in launching new products and optimizing existing listings.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Understanding of product listing optimization and marketplace.
- Good Excel /Google Sheets skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

- Experience handling Amazon India, UK, US, or European marketplaces is preferred.
- Experience with FBA and FBM operations is an advantage.
- Experience with Shopify, Flipkart, eBay, or other marketplaces is a plus.

Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.
