We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online store operations, catalog management, inventory sync, and digital fulfillment workflows.

You will be responsible for creating a seamless purchase experience for our D2C retail customers—from the moment a product catalog is uploaded on Shopify to the final delivery at the customer’s doorstep. You will also oversee marketplace accounts (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio) and maintain real-time inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities1. Catalog & Storefront Management

- Upload and publish new footwear collections on our Shopify D2C store and marketplace seller panels (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio).
- Create and update product listings with search-optimized titles, high-resolution imagery, accurate color variants, size guides, and material descriptions.
- Organize storefront collections, homepage banners, featured products, and promotional banners to keep the website fresh and visually appealing.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Logistics

- Manage daily order processing, printing pick-lists/shipping labels, and handing off parcels to shipping partners via logistics aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.).
- Monitor order fulfillment lifecycles to ensure high NDR (Non-Delivery Report) resolution, lower RTO (Return to Origin) rates, and fast dispatch times.
- Track customer returns, exchanges, and refund requests, ensuring smooth processing and restocking.

1. Inventory Synchronization & Stock Management

- Maintain real-time stock alignment between our physical godown/office in Karol Bagh and online channels to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
- Set up and monitor multi-channel inventory management tools (e.g., Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or Shopify inventory apps).

1. D2C Customer Experience & Convenience

- Implement and test seamless checkout features, automated WhatsApp order notifications, COD verification systems, and pin-code serviceability checks.




- Coordinate with customer support to resolve order status queries, delivery delays, and exchange requests promptly.
- Review website user experience (mobile & desktop) regularly to identify drop-off points, broken links, or checkout friction.

1. Marketplace Account Health

- Monitor seller health metrics, performance ratings, customer feedback, and compliance policies across Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.
- Run and monitor promotional campaigns, brand store updates, and deal participations on marketplace seller portals.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing D2C e-commerce operations (preferably in footwear, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle products).
- Platform Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Shopify admin, Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, and shipping dashboards like Shiprocket.
- Technical & Design Basics: Basic image editing skills in Canva or Photoshop for resizing banners, cropping product shots, and formatting catalog images.
- Data Management: Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, bulk CSV uploads) for handling large SKU data sets.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude towards resolving logistics delays, stock discrepancies, and marketplace ticket resolution.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with rapid-fashion or footwear brands in Delhi NCR.
- Experience with inventory management software (Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Tally, Zoho).

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
