- Manage seller accounts on e-commerce marketplaces such as Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, Ajio etc.

- Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and inventory.

- Monitor and process orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

- Maintain accurate product and inventory information across marketplaces.

- Monitor account health, seller performance, and marketplace notifications.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, inventory, catalogues, and customer issues.

- Identify and resolve listing, order, payment, and account-related issues.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly marketplace reports.

- Monitor product performance, sales, and overall marketplace activities.

- Ensure timely responses to marketplace queries and seller support tickets.

- Follow marketplace policies and guidelines to maintain good account performance.
