Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow the company's online sales across major e-commerce marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalogue management, pricing, inventory, online orders, marketplace promotions, advertising and sales performance.

Experience in the bicycle/cycle, sports, fitness, automobile or consumer durable industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other relevant platforms.

Create, update and optimize product listings for cycles, bicycle accessories, spare parts and related products.

Manage product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords, pricing and product attributes.

Maintain accurate SKU, catalogue and inventory information across marketplaces.

Monitor online orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and sales teams for timely order fulfilment.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment to avoid stock-outs.

Track competitor pricing, products, offers and marketplace trends.

Manage discounts, deals, coupons and promotional campaigns.

Support/manage marketplace advertising and sponsored campaigns.

Monitor sales, revenue, conversion rate,



advertising performance and other marketplace KPIs.

Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve product visibility.

Handle marketplace account issues, listing errors and customer complaints.

Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce sales and performance reports.

Analyse product-wise sales, returns, margins and inventory movement.

Maintain proper records in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Required Skills:-

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub And others hubs as well.

Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations and catalogue management.

Good understanding of product listing, marketplace SEO and keywords.

Knowledge of online advertising/PPC will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple SKUs and marketplace operations independently.

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate:-

2–4 years of relevant e-commerce/marketplace experience.

Candidates with experience in the cycle/bicycle, sports, fitness, automobile or consumer products industry will be preferred.

Experience handling a large product catalogue/SKU base will be an advantage.

Immediate or short-notice joiners can be preferred.
