As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, maintaining online product catalogs, monitoring orders and inventory, and supporting sales growth across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with marketing, operations, content, and customer support teams to ensure smooth and efficient online store management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.

Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.

Monitor orders, sales, inventory levels, product availability, and pricing.

Process and track customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Maintain accurate product catalogs, SKUs, attributes, and product information.

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.

Monitor product performance, traffic, conversions, and overall store sales.

Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, offers, and marketplace activities.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify recent opportunities.

Coordinate with content and design teams for product images, banners, descriptions, and promotional materials.

Identify listing errors, stock issues, pricing discrepancies, and other operational problems and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports.





Support SEO and digital marketing activities to improve product visibility and online sales.

Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to improve customer experience.

Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

1+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, Online Store Operations, or a related role.

Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.

Experience with product listing, catalog management, inventory, pricing, orders, and returns.

Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Meesho, or similar marketplaces.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce SEO, online promotions, and digital marketing.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage product and order data accurately.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Analytical mindset with the ability to understand sales and performance data.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or e-commerce management tools is a plus.

Bachelor s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
