We are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Executive eBay & Etsy who can independently manage day-to-day marketplace operations and take ownership of account performance.
The candidate should have hands-on experience managing eBay USA and Etsy, preferably for jewelry or other high-value products.
Key Responsibilities eBay USA
- Manage complete day-to-day eBay account operations.
- Create, optimize and maintain product listings.
- Manage titles, descriptions, attributes, variations, pricing and images.
- Monitor orders, shipping, returns and customer queries.
- Monitor account health, seller performance and policy compliance.
- Identify listing and catalog improvement opportunities.
- Manage promotions, offers and marketplace activities.
- Analyze sales and product performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase GMV and conversion.
- Coordinate with inventory, graphics and fulfillment teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketplace reports.
Etsy
- Manage Etsy shop operations and listings.
- Optimize titles, tags, descriptions and product attributes.
- Monitor orders, customer communication and reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve Etsy traffic and conversion.
- Manage promotions and seasonal activities.
- Maintain catalog accuracy and inventory synchronization.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on marketplace experience.
- Robust experience with eBay USA is mandatory.
- Etsy experience preferred.
- Experience with international/USA marketplaces.
- Jewelry/category experience will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketplace metrics and account health.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify business opportunities.
- Good written English and customer communication skills.
- Should be able to work independently and take ownership.
