We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow e-commerce operations for our clients across multiple online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalog management, order coordination, marketplace performance, promotions, and basic e-commerce analytics.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, JioMart, Shopify, or other major e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain e-commerce accounts for multiple client brands.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords, and pricing.
- Manage product catalogs, SKUs, inventory information, and variations.
- Handle marketplace seller panels and ensure accurate product information.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding stock, pricing, product information, and order-related requirements.
