Profile – E-commerce Customer Experience & Operations Specialist

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary-upto 4LPA

Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations or customer experience,

Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart or similar marketplaces,

Valuable knowledge of customer ratings, reviews, returns and marketplace metrics,

Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills,

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills,

Understanding of pricing, promotions, margins and inventory,

Detail-oriented and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer reviews, ratings, complaints and returns,

Handle and resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams,





Manage and improve product listings, pricing, content and product information,

Monitor inventory, stock availability and replenishment,

Track sales, conversion, returns, cancellations, ratings and delivery performance,

Identify underperforming products/SKUs and suggest improvement actions,

Prepare regular performance and management reports,

Coordinate with Operations, Product, Quality and Supply Chain teams to improve customer experience and business performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
