Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence on the Alibaba platform. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, inquiry management, buyer communication, order coordination, and improving product visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's Alibaba seller account.

Create, update, and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and keywords.

Handle and respond to Alibaba buyer inquiries, RFQs, and messages promptly and professionally.

Follow up with potential buyers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Coordinate with the production, pricing, packaging, and logistics teams to provide accurate information to buyers.

Prepare quotations based on product specifications, quantity, customization, shipping, and other requirements.

Handle customized product inquiries and coordinate samples, CAD/design approvals, sizes, colors, and specifications.

Monitor product performance, inquiries, views, leads, and sales-related data on Alibaba.

Research competitors, products,



pricing, keywords, and market trends on Alibaba.

Improve product ranking and visibility through effective listing optimization.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.

Coordinate with international buyers regarding product details, payment, production timelines, shipping, and order status.

Support overall online sales and business development activities.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Alibaba.com and B2B e-commerce platforms.

Robust written and verbal English communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Basic understanding of product listing, SEO, keywords, and online marketplace management.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Good negotiation and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
