E-commerce Executive

ROLE

Run day-to-day operations on Amazon and Shopify listings, inventory, orders, returns, and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–3 years managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
- Create and optimise listings — titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ content
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment planning
- Handle orders, dispatch, returns, and RTO tracking
- Coordinate with courier partners and resolve shipping issues
- Manage customer queries and marketplace escalations
- Track and report daily sales, ACOS, and inventory numbers
- Solid Excel or Google Sheets — pivot tables, VLOOKUP
- Beauty, fragrance, fashion or FMCG experience preferred

SOFTWARE

- Amazon Seller Central
- Shopify Admin
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Shiprocket or other courier panels (Delhivery, Bluedart etc.)
- Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
- Unicommerce or EasyEcom
