We're Hiring: E-commerce Dispatch & Order Processing Manager

Soni Officemate is looking for an E-commerce Dispatch & Order Processing Manager to join our operations team in Nagpur.

What you'll do

- Manage end-to-end order processing across e-commerce and B2B channels, from order confirmation to dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfilment
- Track order status, resolve dispatch delays, and maintain SLA compliance with courier and logistics partners
- Monitor inventory levels against incoming orders and flag stock gaps before they cause delays
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and generate regular reports on order status, delays, and fulfilment metrics
- Handle returns, replacements, and order-related escalations in coordination with customer support
- Work with the packaging and warehouse teams to ensure orders are dispatched per quality and packaging standards

What we're looking for

- 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order processing,



or dispatch management
- Familiarity with order management systems and courier/logistics coordination
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and reports (Excel proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work under deadline pressure during high-order-volume periods
- Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or stationery/writing instruments industry is a plus
