Key Responsibilities:
- Catalog management and daily order processing for all platforms through UniCommerce
- Managing listings for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashions)
- Order management & liaising with third-party logistics partners for delays
- Keeping a track and processing RTOs & RTVs
- Offering relevant customer support on platforms and keeping a track of product reviews
Desired Skills / Competencies:
- Graduate / Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 1 – 2 years of hands-on marketplace management experience
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa
- Familiarity with Seller/Vendor Central dashboards
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
- High attention to detail and robust follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of marketplace algorithms and listing SEO
Work Timings:
- Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm)
- Order processing on Saturday morning
