E- Commerce Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to manage day-to-day operations across multiple ecommerce marketplaces and platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, shipment coordination, stock management, platform operations, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams for operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ecommerce Platform Management

- Handle daily operations for multiple ecommerce platforms assigned.
- Ensure smooth functioning of listings, inventory, pricing, and order management.
- Coordinate with various ecommerce teams for seamless platform execution and efficiency.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor inventory levels across all assigned platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock reconciliation and replenishment planning.
- Ensure stock availability during sales events and promotional periods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and reduce inventory discrepancies.

3. Platform Onboarding & Operations

- Assist in onboarding products and brand presence on new ecommerce platforms.
- Coordinate documentation and operational setup for current marketplace integrations.
- Support catalog and operational readiness for launches.

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare and share daily operational reports for assigned platforms.
- Track key operational metrics such as orders, cancellations, returns, dispatch timelines, and stock status.
- Highlight operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Work closely with sales, account management, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth operations.





5. Process Improvement

- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
- Support automation and efficiency initiatives within ecommerce operations.
- Ensure adherence to platform SLAs and operational guidelines.

6. Skills & Requirements

- Good understanding of ecommerce marketplace operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics, inventory, and order management processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

7. Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce, Operations, or related field.
- Prior experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace management preferred.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc. will be an added advantage.

- Timely shipment dispatch
- Inventory accuracy
- Platform SLA adherence
- Reporting accuracy and timeliness
- Reduction in operational escalations and cancellations

Working Experience: 1 to 2 years ( Required)
