problem detection & RCA using PurePath / Smartscape /n ✔ Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementation /n ✔ Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configuration /n ✔ ITSM integration (ServiceNow / Jira) /n --- /n Mandatory Experience: /n ✔ End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade /n ✔ At least one PoC or solution design ownership /n ✔ Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes) /n ✔ Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHP /n ✔ Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction /n ✔ Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance /n --- /n Note : This role requires hands-on configuration, Troubleshooting & Tracing expertise. /n /n Profiles limited to monitoring, alert handling, or L1/L2 support may not align with this requirement.
