Summary: We are looking for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Consultants to join our team. The primary goal is to enhance our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, ensuring effective project delivery through a senior resource skilled in both technical and functional aspects of the platforms.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Develop and implement Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and integrations with Azure.
- Lead data migrations, focusing on transitioning from on-premises systems to the cloud.
- Utilize CI/CD practices to streamline development workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior consultants and team members.
- Participate in architectural design sessions and oversee solution deployment.

Must Haves

- 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.




- Strong development skills in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, PCF controls, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and Azure integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience leading data migrations, including on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
- Robust understanding of Dynamics 365 security and solution architecture.
- Experience working as a Technical Lead, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect.

Nice to Haves

- Experience in customer engagement scenarios.
- Knowledge of further Microsoft technologies like Azure DevOps or Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform.
