Role: Senior Dynamics CRM Developer The Senior Dynamics CRM Integration Developer leads the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade integration solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor junior developers while ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement analysis and define integration architecture, design patterns, and implementation strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance Web APIs in C# .NET.
- Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integrate CRM with enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues across systems.
- Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and reliability standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Technologies




- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Custom Actions/APIs, Webhooks, Business Process Flows, and JavaScript-based customizations.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end business solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
- Extensive experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with enterprise and third-party applications using RESTful APIs, Power Automate, and other integration frameworks.
- Robust proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core for developing scalable and maintainable CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of API security standards and integration best practices.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Performance tuning and operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into robust technical designs aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
