Role & responsibilities

- Support functional configuration activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Assist senior consultants with ERP implementation and client project activities.
- Support requirements gathering, data collection, and functional analysis.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test case preparation.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including:
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Business process documentation
- Maintain project and process documentation repositories.
- Participate in client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Assist with project status reporting, coordination, and follow-up activities.
- Support configuration and testing of financial modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Budgets
- Fixed Assets
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to support successful project delivery.
- Learn and follow established ERP implementation methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Continuously develop functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. Any Engineering Branch
- Graduation year: 2024, 2025, or 2026
- Minimum 65% academic score
- Strong interest in ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn functional consulting and work in a client-facing environment.




- Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams
