Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and expand existing customer relationships.
- Understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements and offer relevant solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and convert them into business.
- Work closely with R&D;, Production, and Supply Chain teams for seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Textile / Any B.Tech / Bachelor’s in Fashion, Textile,
or Fashion Communication.
- MBA: MBA from a reputed B-School / Premier Institute – Mandatory.
- Experience: 0–3 years.
- Strong passion for Sales & Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- High ownership, energy, and an entrepreneurial approach to business.
