Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Dy Manager - Sales with 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales. Candidates with prior experience in selling oil, gas, or industrial products will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for Helium products (bulk, cylinders, packaged gases, and related applications).

- Identify and acquire new customers in sectors such as healthcare, electronics, aerospace, manufacturing, and research institutions.

- Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.

- Achieve sales targets,



revenue growth, and profitability objectives.

- Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical guidance on helium applications.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in all sales activities.

- Prepare periodic MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Solid understanding of industrial gases, especially Helium applications

- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

- Techno-commercial aptitude with problem-solving ability

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

- Ability to work independently and handle a target-driven role

Preferred Industry Experience

- Industrial gases / specialty gases

- Cryogenics / gas handling systems

- Chemical or process industry
