The role sits at the intersection of Offering Management and Project/Program Management. The individual will work closely with Offering Managers and cross-functional teams to translate offering strategies and roadmaps into executable plans, drive launch readiness, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure initiatives move from concept to commercialization on time. This is not a traditional PMO role.

The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of the offering, customer value proposition and commercial objectives, while bringing rigorous project management discipline to execution. A strong technology project manager who understands what is being built and why — not simply someone who tracks timelines and schedules.

Key Responsibilities Deliverables

- Offering Development Launch Management
- Build and manage end-to-end project plans for new offering development, enhancement and launch.
- Translate offering roadmaps into milestones, deliverables, owners and timelines.




- Coordinate launch readiness across Offering, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Security, Marketing, Sales Enablement, GPO and other stakeholders.
- Track offering endorsement, operational readiness, pricing, contracting, enablement and GTM dependencies through closure.
- Cross-functional Program Management
- Drive cross-functional working teams and governance for strategic offering initiatives.
- Establish clear ownership, actions and timelines across contributing functions.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks and interdependencies and drive resolution or escalation.
- Maintain decision logs, RAID trackers, project dashboards and executive status reporting.
- Offering Portfolio Support
- Partner with Offering Managers on market research, competitive analysis, customer requirements and business cases.
- Support development of offering documentation, value propositions, scope, use cases and commercialization plans.
- Track offering adoption, pipeline, customer feedback and post-launch actions.
- Support portfolio reviews and prioritization of development initiatives.
- Process Governance Improvement
- Establish repeatable methodologies and templates for offering development and launch.
- Improve visibility and accountability for cross-functional dependencies and approvals.
- Identify opportunities to simplify offering development processes and reduce time-to-market.
- Build portfolio-level dashboards to provide leadership visibility into progress, risks and upcoming launches.
- Stakeholder Executive Communication
- Prepare concise project updates and recommendations for DWS leadership.
- Facilitate working sessions and governance reviews with global stakeholders.
- Communicate risks,



decisions and dependencies clearly across business and technical teams.

Required Skills Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product/Offering Management, IT Services or Technology Consulting.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Good understanding of technology products, enterprise software, managed services or IT services.
- Strong project management fundamentals including planning, dependency management, RAID management, governance and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to understand commercial and customer aspects of technology offerings rather than operating purely as a project coordinator.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working across global teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive actions to closure.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Exposure to Digital Workplace, AI, SaaS, ServiceNow, cloud, DaaS or managed services is preferred.
- Experience supporting product or service launches in a global technology organization is an advantage.

Business Impact The role will improve the speed, predictability and execution quality of DWS offering development, allowing Offering Managers to spend greater time on portfolio strategy, innovation, customer engagement and commercialization.

Manager will create stronger accountability across cross-functional teams, provide early visibility into launch risks and dependencies, and help DWS bring new offerings to market faster through consistent governance and execution discipline.
