Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Duty Officer to oversee daily cinema operations and ensure a seamless guest experience during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall shift operations across Box Office, F&B;, and Guest Services
- Handle customer queries and escalations effectively
- Supervise staff and ensure SOP compliance
- Monitor sales, billing, and cash handling accuracy
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and operational standards are maintained
- Support revenue growth through upselling and promotions

- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
