Job Summary

Sr Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and refine product vision, strategy, and multi year roadmap.

- Identify and prioritize high value opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking to influence strategic decisions.
- Own the product backlog; write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and cross team coordination to ensure on time, high-quality delivery.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback; drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct customer interviews, user research, and usability testing.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to gather insights and validate product assumptions.
- Represent the customer voice throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Influence without authority; resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Drive product releases, GTM planning, demos, and stakeholder communication.
- Define product metrics, monitor product health, and derive insights from analytics.
- Conduct experiments (A/B tests, prototypes, MVPs) to validate hypotheses.




- Use data to evaluate feature adoption, performance, and ROI.
- Prepare product updates, roadmap presentations, and executive reviews.
- Manage expectations across leadership, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
- Ensure transparency and clarity in all communication.

Skill Requirements

1. Solid understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable steps.
- Expertise in PRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and metrics.
- Comfortable working with engineering, APIs, data models, and platform integrations.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, GA).
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions.
- Strong storytelling, influencing, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams with clarity and confidence.
- High ownership mindset, bias for action, and excellent collaboration.

Other Requirements

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 6–12+ years of product management or related experience (adjust as needed).
- Prior experience in SaaS, Platform, AI/ML, or enterprise products is a plus.
