Job SummaryAre you a fresh graduate passionate about drones and autonomous systems? We are looking for motivated UAV Operations Trainees to join our team at a Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) facility in Thane, Maharashtra.

In this role, you will undergo structured, hands-on training in UAV flight operations, mission planning, and commercial drone applications like surveying and mapping. This is a full-time, long-term position designed to build your career into a professional Drone Pilot and UAV Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day RPTO and commercial UAV flight operations.
- Assist with drone assembly, equipment preparation, deployment, and recovery.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections and maintain flight logs.
- Learn and operate Ground Control Systems (GCS) and mission-planning software.
- Participate in supervised flights with a path toward independent operations.
- Assist senior pilots and instructors with surveying, mapping, and practical training sessions.
- Conduct basic equipment checks, troubleshooting, and field maintenance.
- Strictly adhere to site safety, company standards, and aviation safety procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines. Diploma holders with strong technical knowledge will also be considered.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of UAVs,



drone electronics, or flight mechanics.
- Skills: Robust communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications: DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) is a strong advantage, but not mandatory for fresh candidates.
- Mobility: Willingness to work outdoors, execute field-based projects, and travel as required.

Training & Long-Term Commitment
