Explain machine features, functions, and operating procedures to customers. Carry out machine installation, setup, and commissioning at customer locations.
Provide regular machine maintenance services, make service follow-up calls, and address customer service requirements. Provide chargeable service and maintenance support to customers after the warranty period. Visit customer locations for machine inspections, technical support, and service-related activities.
Identify customer requirements, support machine order generation, assess machine installation space, and collect machine orders.
