Key Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional drone flying experience.
- Hands-on experience operating DJI Matrice 350 RTK (M350) and DJI Matrice 400 (M400).
- Experience in LiDAR, mapping, surveying, photogrammetry, or geophysical survey operations will be preferred.
- Good understanding of RTK/PPK, flight planning, terrain following, and survey missions.
- Experience in operating drones in challenging field conditions and remote locations.
- Knowledge of DGCA regulations, drone safety procedures, pre-flight/post-flight checks, and flight documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with surveyors, LiDAR operators, geophysicists, and field teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across India.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute UAV survey missions as per approved flight plans.
- Safely operate DJI M350 and M400 platforms and associated payloads.
- Conduct UAV LiDAR, photogrammetry and other specialized drone survey missions.
- Monitor flight parameters, GNSS/RTK status, battery, payload and mission progress.
- Maintain flight logs, equipment records and field documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and aviation safety requirements.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of UAV systems.
